Anna Strandowicz
Navy veteran Anna Standrowicz was a standout at our West Coast open casting. Reflecting on her military past, she exemplified a down-to-earth energy that immediately makes it as if you’ve known her forever. More than anything, we enjoy Anna’s words of wisdom and life advice because they come from someone who knows what's important to her. Motherhood is her first priority, but she’s passionate about every dream and determination that lies ahead.
The biggest lesson I learned in the military was finding self-confidence in myself and being able to know that I'm good enough. Just as good as the man next to me.

I joined the military and it was probably the best decision I made because it taught me so much while I was still super young.

To be a Good American is just to be true to myself and what I have to offer. [Being a Good American] doesn't have to be looks, it can just be the fact that I'm a mom, I'm different in a lot of ways, I'm a veteran and a woman in my own way.
