This Miami-based beauty is the new best friend you didn’t know you needed. It's really important to me to stay active because it's really the fountain of youth. As soon as you start getting those engines running, it's kind of like your car—you don't want to put bad gas into it because it's going to start running really wrong. If you see the cars that are still running to this day, it's because they have good fuel, they check the oils, they make sure that all the coils are change. That's really why.
