Stephanie Rice
Stephanie Rice was always destined for greatness. At only eight years old, she decided that she wanted to be an Olympian. She accomplished that goal and then some, winning three gold medals for the Australian swim team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Since then, Steph has continued to find ways to inspire us. Her passion for improvement and betterment continues to be an integral part of her life, and she uses it to help others through mentorship and coaching.
I love taking care of my body, especially from within. It's so important to treat your body with respect, eat healthy foods and exercise. It's almost important to take care of your mind, body and soul.

As an athlete, you're taught to handle criticism—both constructive and probably not. I've always looked at it as a way to gain feedback for improvement. It's really about your mentality about how you receive criticism that's really important.
