I needed to find a way to love myself and be happy so I started working out and eating healthy foods. I just loved the way it made me feel! I became obsessed with it and it's a good obsession to have!

My favorite way to work out is lifting heavy weights! I like anything that's high intensity, that requires you to put as much effort in as you can!
