What has surprised you most about living in Los Angeles?
It’s surprised me how normal and at home LA feels to me now, I guess I just never thought it would feel normal.
Your newest project ‘In The Vault’ is finally out—what is your favorite thing about your character Valentina?
I like how my character Valentina on 'In The Vault' doesn't care what people think of her, and how she is passionate about what she believes.
What has been your favorite part of being in this series?
My favorite part of being in this series is being able to now show people that I can act! Many people on social media have doubted I am an actress. I was also proud to work with an amazing ensemble of professional actors and crew.
If you could only live one place for the rest of your life, where would it be?
I would be so grateful to live in Hawaii, near Parker Ranch!
What outfit makes you feel the most like yourself?
Honestly, the outfit choice which makes me feel most like myself would have to be my Storm Trooper Onesie!
You have a super close relationship with your family—what impact has that had on the way you approach your career?
My family always helps me to stay grounded and focused on tasks at hand-- they are my biggest supporters.
What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years?
In the next 5 years I would love to have a lead role on a major network series, win an Emmy, and I would also love to buy a house and have 10 more dogs to love!
Who is your denim icon?
I'm not sure of a denim icon, but I love wearing denim that fits my curves-- Good American is a terrific company that fulfills this!
You are quite the music fan—what’s your most memorable concert experience?
My most memorable concert experience was at the 2016 Coachella performance by "The 1975." It was very Spiritual for me, overwhelming and amazing. I love their song " I Believe You"!!!
To you, what does it mean to be a ‘good American girl’?
By embracing my cultural ethnicities, I am a good American girl. I was raised to be confident in my culture and what you stand for, to have gratitude for what you have, family, faith and freedom are important and I am so grateful for it all!
