What is one of your favorite collaborations you’ve done so far?
I’d say a highlight from the past year was starring in an adidas Originals video campaign alongside my fellow Australian ambassadors. The whole campaign 'Original Is Never Finished' was built upon in different countries around the world, starring the local talent. It was just an absolute honour to be included.
Have you had any “pinch me moments” during your career so far?
I think the biggest pinch me moment was leaving the 9 to 5 grind and just doing me full-time. I never thought I’d get to this moment in my personal career, and I’m so grateful to be blessed with so many opportunities.
When did you become so passionate about personal style?
I’ve really always been very different when it comes to fashion and style. Even as a kid, I'd want to wear clothes differently, push the boundaries. "Normal" just bored me. Consequently, I would get restless as soon as other kids caught on and began emulating my style. I’m always like, “what’s next?” when it comes to my personal style. If I’m not evolving, I’m not satisfied.
You are known for that gorgeous glow, what skincare essentials can you not live without?
So many good ones! I always start with La Mer Treatment Lotion as a base, and some of my favourite products to layer include Korres Golden Krocus Saffron Elixir Serum, Chantecaille Nano Gold Energizing Eye Cream, Dr Dennis Gross Hyaluronic Moisture Cushion and Korres Black Pine Day Cream.
Your sneaker game is on point – if you had to wear one pair for the rest of your life – what would it be and why?
This is literally the hardest question for me to answer, haha! I’d never give up any of my shoes, but if I have to pick a timeless silhouette it’s definitely a tie between the classic Converse All Star Chuck Taylor High Top and the Vans Old Skool.
If someone is visiting Australia for the first time, what are the must-see attractions?
Visit Sydney for the beautiful beaches and laid-back culture, Melbourne for great food and fashion, the Great Barrier Reef of course for an amazing scuba diving experience, and maybe Uluru to see the raw beauty of our country.
What is something your followers would be surprised to learn about you?
I’m really weird… I think only my boyfriend truly knows that, haha!
What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years?
I’m working on building my own creative services agency, so watch this space.
To you, what does it mean to be a ‘good American’ girl?
A good American girl is confident, free-spirited, empowered and takes no bull****.
To you, what does it mean to be a good American girl?
To me, it means empowering others from within. If you feel comfortable in your skin and the clothes you are wearing, no matter your shape or size, others will be too. It's a snowball affect of self love and acceptance. It really is a great brand with a beautiful message and I am so grateful to have been a part of this campaign!
